At TCG Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe remains a seamless and risk-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TCG Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
